Traditional Spanish built mobile homes lacked the design and furnishing elements found in other European countries however the build quality was much superior to withstand the rigours of the Spanish climate.

A British home for example is not built for the Spanish weather conditions and life expectancy together with insulation qualities makes the home uncomfortably hot in the summer and cold in the winter months, totally unsuitable for Spain.
